The current plan is to go on Tuesday, September 30th. Only groups of 12 per mansion tour are allowed due to limited space in the narrow hallways of the mansion. The house tour takes 20-30 minutes, and if desired, you can spend about another 2-3 hours on a self guided tour of the property, farm, gardens and museum. Optional.</div> <div> The mansion tour requires the Association to submit a 25%, non-refundable deposit when making the reservations, which need to be made as soon as possible. Balance is due 10 days before the tour. If we cancel, we lose the 25% deposit.</div> <bR> <div> Therefore, we need a commitment if you will be attending (total number in family.  The fee will be collected during registration. Group rates are $23.95 under the age of 62. $21.95 over the age of 62.</div> <bR> <div> This activity will be by carpooling, distance 11 miles from hotel, 20-30 minutes drive, depending on traffic.</div> <bR> <div> Second is Thursday evening dinner at Paula Deen's restaurant. We will be reserving the upstairs room to be away from main dining room. It is a family style meal. The group will pick either 3 or 4 main dishes and according number of sides. Everybody will get the same 3 or 4 dishes and sides. Price is depending on number picked. No alcohol will be served as there is no bar upstairs and the tab would be hard to account for.</div> <bR> <div> Therefore, we need to know the number of attendees for both events. Minimum of 14 people required for group tour. Current group rate is $22.00/person.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>All of the hotels in the Music City area have an available shuttle (there may be 2-3 different companies which run shuttles) which runs between $10 to $15/per person for each day. You can take the shuttle downtown as needed, get picked up when ready to return. You can use the shuttle the entire day.</B></div> <bR> <div> <B>Parking in Downtown Nashville is fairly non-existent. There is one underground parking garage that is supposed to be $10 for the day. It is on 6th Avenue.
